THE NEWLY CONSTRUCTED NSPHCDA COMPLEX IS READY AND SET FOR COMMISSIONING

His Excellency Alhaji Dr Abubakar Sani Bello the Executive Governor of Niger State was at the Niger State Primary Health Care Development Agency (NSPHCDA) today on a visitation tour, where he inspected the newly constructed NSPHCDA COMPLEX. It is heart warming to inform you that the governor was highly impressed with the building and the office fittings put in place. The new Agency building has since, been completed and delivered to the state through the honourable commissioner of health Dr. MUHAMMAD MUHAMMAD MAKUSIDI by the contractor.  Therefore, with the expression of satisfaction by the governor today, the newly constructed COMPLEX is ready and set for commissioning anytime soon. The attention of the Niger State Primary Health Care Development Agency (NSPHCDA) has been drawn to a fake and malicious online publication (www.gbetutv.com) by an unknown element who alleged that 200 people are currently under observation at our State Isolation Center due to adverse reactions from COVID19 vaccination. This claim is false and completely not true. ETSU NUPE FLAG OFF COVID19 VACCINATION IN BIDA.

The vaccination of the 74,110 AstraZeneca/ Oxford COVID-19 vaccine that was delivered to Niger State which has since, commenced across the state after the official flagging off by Alhaji (Dr) Abubakar Sani Bello the Executive Governor of Niger State was equally, flag off by His Royal Highness Alhaji (Dr) Yahaya Abubakar the Etsu Nupe today at Bida in his Wadata Palace. The representative of the Executive Secretary, National Primary Health Care Development Agency (NPHCDA) Dr. Rufai commended the readiness and commitments of the Etsu Nupe towards fight against spread of COVID19. He appreciated the Emir for receiving his team to flag off the vaccination today despite short notice of less than 24 hours. NIGER LAUNCH COVID-19 VACCINE

The 74,110 doses of AstraZeneca/Oxford COVID 19 vaccine that arrived Niger State on Monday 8/3/2021, was flag off today Wednesday 10/3/2021 by His Excellency, Alhaji (Dr) Abubakar Sani Bello the Executive Governor of Niger State at the Council Chambers of Government House Minna.  The vaccination exercise was first administered to the Governor, his Deputy, SSG, chief of staff, Commissioners and the rest of his council members, as a show of leadership by example and a prove that the vaccine is safe and good for the people of Niger State. Earlier before the vaccination exercise, the Commissioner of health Dr. Mohammed Makun-sidi acknowledged the proactive efforts of the state governor in health sector of the state. Niger State government is always ahead of other state when ever it comes to the issue of health care service delivery. The commencement of two days training of Frontline health workers in the state in less than 48 hours that the first batch of COVID19 vaccine arrived in the country is a clear evidence among other activities to support this claim Recall that the first batch of Oxford/AstraZeneca COVID-19 vaccine, which is about 3,924,000 doses,  arrived in Nigeria on Tuesday 2nd March 2021 at 11:10am and by Friday 5th March 2021, Niger State has already concluded her two days training on COVID19 vaccine.
